These activities oftentimes mask the symptoms thats why people tend to think that they have resolved the problem, what they dont know is the stress is still there and by doing nothing it will eventually turn into chronic stress. Another way of preventing chronic stress is undergoing some form of stress reduction or stress relief technique. These programs will certainly help lower the level of stress in your life.
